Our team makes a plan of action prior to starting the job. We have built a few systems that we use to insure the work is completed correctly, on time and in budget. Each day a report is written describing the work that was completed, who was on the job site. This report is giving to the site manager daily prior to the team leaving for the day.
We also post outside each room the task that need to be completed along with the team member checking off each task that is completed. The team lead will inspect the room and sign off also. After the site supervisor inspects the room they can sign off that it's completed and meets the required standards. We can leave it posted outside the room until the final clean is completed. This helps with the subs that have to go in and perform any punch work that if they don't clean up after them self it can be billed back to them as ticket work.
We work during the actual construction phase, we remove and clean all construction debris, caulking and adhesives. We clean inside cabinets, interior windows, floors, walls and fixtures.
This phase consist of going back after any punch list items have been completed and making sure the area is ready for key turn over.
As we all know in the construction business there is always those incidents that happen after we complete our work and we have to go back and do the work again because of another sub contractor, or work that was not expected to need done during the contract agreement. We offer a flat hourly rate for this.
All ticket work will be completed and signed off on our work ticket form daily.
